If I claim to be sexually abused, I'm making it up or seeking attention.
Fact: If I get up the nerve to tell you i've been hurt sexually, you need to believe me.


If I experience sexual violence, I must have done something to cause it to happen.
Fact: Sexual violence is never the survivor's fault.
